I'm a data analyst and founder of DataNiks LLC, a women-owned small business in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I work mainly with small business owners drowning in spreadsheets, losing hours every week to manual clean-up that should take minutes.
You send me the file. You get back a clean, validated dataset you can actually use, plus a short written summary of what was wrong with it so the same problems don't come back next month.
What I fix: duplicates, inconsistent date and number formats, text stored as numbers, trailing spaces, merged cells, blank rows, mismatched categories and misspelled entries.
What you get back: your cleaned file in Excel or Google Sheets, an exceptions list of anything that looked wrong but that I wouldn't change without asking you first, and a plain-English note on what I found.
