You will get a Custom AI Agent Built, Deployed, and Running on a Schedule

Project details
Most AI projects end with a demo. You get a notebook, a script, or a prompt template and then you have to figure out how to run it, schedule it, and keep it working.
I build production AI agents that do one job extremely well, run on a schedule or in response to events, log every execution, and alert you the moment something breaks.
The difference between a demo and a production agent: error handling, observability, and a kill switch. Every agent I ship has all three. You know what ran, when it ran, what it produced, and what to do if it fails; without calling me.
I have shipped agents for: a daily AI news digest pipeline that pulls from 40 RSS sources, scores 200 articles with Claude, and posts a structured brief to Slack every morning at 8am; a lead scoring agent that re-scores 5,000 HubSpot contacts nightly and alerts reps when a lead crosses the hot threshold; and a legislative signal agent that monitors 15 government sources and fires a Slack alert within 60 seconds of a relevant bill moving.
Builds go live in 7 to 18 days. You own the code, the API keys, and the deployment. Nothing runs on my infrastructure.

Recent results from 2025-2026 client work:
- MCA Financial Services: Built an outbound AI voice agent (Retell + n8n + HubSpot + Smartlead) handling 200+ daily calls. Automated lead qualification, objection handling, and document collection. Zero new hires.
- Digital Marketing Agency (AdLeg): Make + Claude API audit automation. Cut a 4-hour manual audit to 3 minutes. 97% time savings. Unlocked $200K+ in new service revenue.
- Trucking & Logistics: Airtable dispatch and loading system shipped in 4 days. 5-star review.
- Healthcare Practice (multi-location): Voice scheduling + EHR integration with multi-language support.
- B2B SaaS: GTM automation and LinkedIn strategy that landed the first enterprise client and 10x'd visibility.
My internal build (the proof I run my own playbook): A 13-agent command center for ResultantAI ops. React + Express + SQLite, 14,000+ lines, 20 API endpoints, PM2 cron scheduling. Handles CRM health checks, lead scoring, email monitoring, outbound sequencing, SEO tracking, and daily ops briefings autonomously, with Slack-integrated decision routing.
What I build for clients:
- AI Voice Agents: Inbound and outbound. Retell or VAPI + CRM routing + appointment booking. From missed calls to 24/7 coverage in under 2 weeks.
- AI Agent Systems: Custom autonomous agents for lead scoring, CRM hygiene, reply monitoring, outbound sequencing, and ops briefings. Cron-scheduled, Slack-delivered.
- Revenue Automation: Pipeline alerts, lead scoring, CRM workflows that move deals without manual lift.
- Process Automation: Manual hours cut to minutes. Audits, reporting, onboarding, document generation.
- B2B Outreach Systems: LinkedIn + email engines with AI personalization, CRM sync, and reply handling.
Custom Internal Tools: Dashboards, lead scoring engines, and full-stack apps via Claude Code (React + Express + SQLite proven at production scale).
Stack: Make (60+ scenarios shipped), n8n, Zapier, Retell, VAPI, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Claude API, OpenAI, Perplexity, Express, React, SQLite, Cloudflare Tunnel, PM2.
Who this is for: Service businesses doing $2M-$20M scaling without headcount. Agencies and SaaS companies with broken or nonexistent automation. Founders ready for fixed scope, fixed price, measurable outcomes.
Who this is not for: Anyone shopping for $500 Zapier setups or basic chatbots. Minimums: $1,000 workflow automation. $1,500+ voice agents and pipeline builds.
How I work: Fixed scope. Fixed price. 5 to 14-day delivery. You get a working system, documentation, walkthrough, and 60 days of post-delivery support. Most clients are referrals or retainers. Limited Upwork slots monthly.
Send me a message describing what you want to automate. I will tell you straight whether I can help.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Chris can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Chris receives requirements from you.
Chris works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Agent Design + SKILL.md Draft
I document the agent's purpose, inputs, outputs, tool calls, and failure modes in plain language. You review and approve the design before any code is written.
API Connections + Credential Setup
Every API and data source connected using your credentials. Authentication tested. Rate limits and quotas noted. Sandbox run confirmed before live deployment.
