I build custom AI agents that don’t just respond — they plan, execute, and explain their actions.
This project delivers a planner → executor AI data analysis agent that accepts natural-language tasks and CSV files, converts user intent into a structured execution plan, and runs real data tools such as summary statistics and missing-value analysis.
The system uses an LLM-based planner to generate step-by-step plans. If the LLM is unavailable (missing API key, network error, or parsing issue), it automatically falls back to a rule-based planner, ensuring reliability in production environments.
The backend is built with FastAPI and Python, with data processing powered by Pandas. For advanced tiers, a React + Vite UI is included to show CSV uploads, execution steps, tool calls, and final results in a clear, explainable way.
This solution is ideal for startups, data teams, and founders who want AI-assisted data workflows without writing code, while still maintaining transparency, control, and extensibility.
