A spreadsheet stops being a spreadsheet the moment someone has to open it every morning to copy the same block of cells. That is a job for Apps Script, and it is free - it runs inside your Google account, no subscription or third-party cut.
Not sure whether your routine can be automated? Message me before ordering and describe the manual part in your own words - I will tell you, free, whether Apps Script can do it and which tier fits. If a built-in Sheets feature already covers it, I will say so instead.
