Most automation freelancers can wire up a chatbot. Very few can make one that handles Arabic properly: right-to-left text, dialect versus formal Arabic, Arabic-Indic numerals, names that break address fields, and a tone that doesn't read like a machine translation. If your customers message you in Arabic and your current bot answers like a form letter, that is the problem I fix.

WhatsApp and Instagram AI assistants that answer customers 24/7 in both languages, take bookings, confirm them, chase no-shows, and hand off to a human the moment a conversation needs one.
Booking and admin systems, end to end — calendar, online payments, staff scheduling, customer records, and a dashboard the owner can actually read without training.
Broken automations, repaired. Zapier, Make and n8n pipelines that used to work and stopped. I read the task history, find the last successful run and the first failure, and fix the cause instead of rebuilding around it. You get a short written note on what broke and what I changed.
Finance and ecommerce operations. Fifteen years running finance across the Middle East, including Head of Finance for SAP MENA, plus an MBA. I automate the reconciliation, reporting, invoicing and collections work I used to do by hand — including Amazon settlement reconciliation, from two years running my own Amazon business across the US and Saudi marketplaces under my own UK and US companies.
