I'm a full-stack developer with a background in IT, which shapes how I build: I focus on solving the actual problem behind a request, not just shipping features in isolation.
I designed and built it, a complete AI-powered recruitment SaaS platform, from the ground up. It's not a demo or a prototype, it's a fully functional product covering the entire hiring workflow for two distinct user types:
• Candidates can browse jobs, get AI-matched through a chat-style interface, apply, complete real coding assessments with live code execution, and join proctored video interviews with tab-switch detection, eye tracking, and multi-monitor monitoring.
• Recruiters get a complete hiring pipeline: posting jobs, reviewing applicants with an AI-generated fit score and reasoning, scheduling interviews, and sending formal offer letters that automatically email the candidate.
