We start with an audit. Before we touch anything, we ask clients to screen-record a couple hours of their actual workflow. Optimizing based on how you describe your day is one of the fastest ways to build something pretty that no one actually uses.
We also work as a real team, not a solo with a co-signer. Diego handles the technical side: APIs, automations, backends, anything that needs to be wired together. I handle the UX and design side, plus quality control on every flow before it ships. Two sets of eyes on every build is the main reason we work this way.
And we're honest about scope. If something isn't worth automating, we'll tell you before you pay for it.
