Build a Vehicle Rental Platform (Web App) (College Project) React, NodeJS and AI
The freelancer started off well and showed promise. However, after some initial progress, he mentioned needing a few days off due to personal reasons. I understood and gave him space, but from that point on, he continuously asked for more time without delivering meaningful updates.
The agreed deadline was December 31, and now it's April — over three months past due — with no completed work. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was little accountability or tangible progress.
