AI AUTOMATION AND INTEGRATION
I build AI agents, custom tooling, and automation that connect the systems a business already runs. That includes API integrations, workflow automation in Python and PowerShell, AI features added to existing apps and websites, and prompt design that actually holds up in production. WEB DEVELOPMENT
Business websites, web applications, progressive web apps, and small SaaS products. I take it end to end: design, build, hosting, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND SUPPORT
Networks, switches, WiFi, VoIP and POTS phone systems, structured cabling, CCTV, Windows administration, software support, and end-user troubleshooting. I have supported technology in demanding healthcare settings where downtime is not an option, including HIPAA-sensitive environments and day-to-day vendor coordination.
What ties it together is that I have worked both sides. I spent decades keeping real infrastructure running for real users, and now I build the automation layer that sits on top of it. So when I write an integration or deploy an agent, I am thinking about the network, the security, the vendor, and the person who has to use it at 2am.
