I'm Fabi, founder of Lucid AI Labs. We design and build custom AI for businesses: self-hosted voice agents, retrieval-based (RAG) chatbots trained on your own data, and workflow automation that connects your tools and keeps running on its own. Not no-code templates — properly engineered systems on infrastructure we control.
⚙️ OUR FLAGSHIP: LUCID
Most of our work is grounded in Lucid, the AI platform we've built and run ourselves. It's powered by a custom-trained model and a memory system we developed in-house, which is what lets it act rather than just chat. Day to day it handles real workflows for us — inbox triage, lead research, outreach and multi-step tasks that would normally need a person.
Building an AI that genuinely runs on its own is hard, and doing it taught us how to build reliable, autonomous systems for clients too. That experience is what you're hiring.

Communication is clear and direct, and we build to a standard we'd ship for ourselves.
We're newer to Upwork but established off it. We'll bring the same standard to a first project here, and we're happy to start small so you can see the quality before scaling up.
