You will get a custom n8n or Make automation that eliminates manual work

Project details
Stop losing hours to copy-paste work. I build custom workflow automation with n8n and Make that connects your apps — CRM, email, spreadsheets, e-commerce, helpdesk — and runs your business processes automatically, with error handling and alerts so nothing silently fails.
Unlike most automation freelancers, I'm a senior software engineer (6+ years, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). When no ready-made connector exists, I write the custom code node, webhook, or API integration myself — "not possible in n8n" is where my work starts.
Recent result: an order-fulfillment automation saving a client 25+ hours every single week.
Popular builds: lead capture and CRM routing, order processing and fulfillment, automated reporting, data sync between tools, and AI-powered steps (classify emails, draft replies, extract data with GPT/Claude). The Advanced tier includes a private, self-hosted n8n server on AWS — unlimited workflow runs with no per-task fees and full data ownership.
Message me the manual process that annoys you most and I'll reply with a concrete automation plan.

A Comprehensive Multi-Vendor B2B and B2C Web Application Marketplace Solution
I had a great experience working with Debashis on my RFQ web application project. He demonstrated strong technical skills and a clear understanding of the requirements from the very beginning.
Debashis successfully delivered the MVP and handled updates efficiently, including improvements to system functionality and calculations. Communication was smooth throughout the project—he was responsive, open to feedback, and proactive in suggesting better solutions when needed.
What I appreciated most was his ability to understand business logic, especially in areas like supplier quotations, commission handling, and reporting structure. He was patient with revisions and ensured that the final output aligned with my expectations.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work delivered and would definitely recommend Debashis to others. I look forward to working together again on future enhancements.

𝐀 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
This is honestly a difficult review to write, as the freelancer is one of the most polite, soft-spoken, and well-mannered individuals I’ve worked with. As a person, I have nothing but respect for him. However, I need to be honest about my experience from a professional standpoint.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲
This was actually my second contract with him, with better terms. I initially found him convincing and promising, which is why I extended our collaboration into a longer-term engagement. Sadly, despite repeated assurances ("Don't worry...It will be done, it will be done"), no single task was delivered properly or on time.
𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛 — 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬
While he intended to contribute meaningfully, the reality is that he couldn't dedicate the hours required. His full-time job clearly took priority, and he struggled to allocate consistent time. This became especially evident as deadlines were missed repeatedly, which impacted my business.
𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 — 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭
I considered him one of my senior-most developers and invested significant time in transferring business logic, expectations, and knowledge. I even hired another SME-level developer to support him with a foundational skeleton and logic, followed by structured knowledge transfer sessions. Despite all that, he was unable to deliver the tasks or meet timelines.
𝐔𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤
One of the most disappointing moments was when he changed the structure and logic implemented by the SME. This led to a serious setback, and now a new (junior) developer is having to rework and rebuild everything from scratch. Which he couldn't achive in 3 month was addressed by the new developer in 3 weeks.
𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐫
His limited hours — typically after a full workday — made it hard for him to handle complex or time-sensitive tasks. He’s not a multitasker, and the inconsistency in his availability was a major reason behind the missed deadlines and incomplete work.
𝘼 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙡, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙧 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝-𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨
He is genuinely a good human being — friendly, humble, and respectful. However, for large-scale or critical projects where a freelancer needs to take full ownership and work independently, I unfortunately cannot recommend him. He may still be a good fit for smaller, clearly defined tasks or projects where he’s working under the guidance of a senior developer.
I truly wish him the best and hope he finds roles that better align with his strengths and availability.

AI & Full-Stack Developer | Chatbots, RAG, n8n Automation | NodeJS
88%
Job Success
Dhaka, Bangladesh - 2:52 pm local time
Senior Software Engineer at Brain Station 23 (one of Bangladesh's largest software companies), previously at Robi Axiata (telecom, 50M+ subscribers). AWS Certified Solutions Architect. 6+ years shipping software; 1,200+ hours delivered on Upwork.
THREE THINGS I DO WELL
1) AI SYSTEMS — chatbots, RAG, and AI agents
Customer-support bots trained on your docs with human handoff. Document Q&A over PDFs, wikis, and databases using vector search (Pinecone, ChromaDB, pgvector). AI agents that call your APIs and take real actions. OpenAI, Claude, LangChain — with cost controls, logging, and fallbacks, because a demo that breaks in production isn't a product.
2) FULL-STACK APPLICATIONS — React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL
Complete SaaS builds: authentication, billing, dashboards, admin panels. Deployed on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront) with Docker and CI/CD. Production-ready from day one.
3) WORKFLOW AUTOMATION — n8n, Make, custom integrations
Order fulfillment, lead routing, reporting, and data sync between tools that don't talk to each other. When no ready-made connector exists, I write the custom code node or API integration — I'm an engineer first, so "not possible in n8n" is where my work starts, not ends.
SELECTED RESULTS
→ AI customer-support system auto-resolving 70% of inquiries — response time from hours to seconds
→ SaaS analytics platform on AWS processing 1M+ events/day at 99.9% uptime
→ Order-fulfillment automation saving a client 25+ hours every week
→ RAG knowledge assistant that lifted internal team productivity by 35%
→ 350+ hour long-term Upwork engagement, 5★: "hardworking and reliable team member"
HOW I WORK
1. Short call or written brief — I confirm the scope and flag risks before anything starts
2. Milestone plan with a demo at every step — you see progress, not promises
3. Clean, documented code and full handover — you own everything
Strong fit: you need a production application, an AI feature shipped into a real product, or a business process automated end-to-end. Not a fit: design-only work, or "cheapest bid wins" gigs.
Message me your requirements. Within a few hours, you'll get a concrete plan, a timeline, and an honest answer on whether I'm the right person for it.
