I will build a custom n8n Gmail automation that organizes your inbox based on the way you work. The system can apply color-coded labels, identify important messages and attachments, separate low-priority emails, process messages in controlled batches and run on a schedule for ongoing maintenance.
I built and tested this approach on an inbox containing more than 29,000 emails. It processes 200 messages every 30 minutes and has gradually reduced the inbox to about 22,000 while preserving important mail.
Your workflow will be configured for your selected package and Gmail accounts. I will connect it securely through Gmail OAuth, test the rules and provide clear handover guidance. You will never be asked to send your Gmail password.
