You need a working application, not a template with your logo on it. I build custom web apps in Next.js and TypeScript, backed by a real PostgreSQL database — user accounts, an admin area you can actually run the business from, and data that holds up as you grow.
I've built and shipped a link-management SaaS with Stripe billing and analytics, and a B2B storefront with a full internal CRM. Both are production systems, not demos, and that's the standard I build to here.

A complete commerce and operations platform for an industrial instrument supplier. Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS v4, shadcn/ui, Prisma and Better Auth. Public storefront with a multi-tier category system and product catalog, a quotation request workflow built around how B2B buyers actually purchase, and an internal CRM for managing orders, customers and inventory. Architected for a real business with real order volume, not a demo.

I ask questions before I write code. Half of failed projects fail because nobody clarified what "done" meant, so I'd rather spend an hour on scope than a week building the wrong thing.

What I hand over is typed, structured and documented — code that you, or the next developer, can actually maintain. No jQuery pasted into a React project, no environment secrets committed to the repo, no mystery folders.
I'm based in Bangladesh (GMT+6). I overlap comfortably with European mornings and US evenings, I reply within a few hours, and I work every weekday. Timezone has never been the reason one of my projects slipped.

Scope agreed in writing
I turn your requirements into a written scope: the screen list, a sketch of the data model, and what is explicitly not included. Nothing gets built until you confirm it, so we never discover a misunderstanding in week three.
Database and authentication
I set up the PostgreSQL schema and the login system first, because everything else depends on them. You get a preview URL as soon as sign-up and sign-in work.
