I build AI integrations and Python automations, and I hand them over finished: source code you own, documentation, and a walkthrough. No retainer, no standing calls - you buy the build, I deliver it.
I'm a funded futures trader, so the same standard I hold for my own production tools goes into client work: my alert bots, data pipelines, and dashboards run live every trading day. When something breaks, it costs me money - so I build things that don't break.

JobTread Setup & QuickBooks Integration for Construction

Two general contractors run on builds I delivered this month:
- A commercial GC: QuickBooks Online company built from scratch (chart of accounts, two sided items, sales tax), JobTread connected, all 71 cost codes mapped, and the sync verified by pushing test transactions through both systems and reading the GL registers line by line before any real money flowed. Nine milestones, an unsolicited bonus, and a 5.0 review: "a complete JobTread + QuickBooks Online system... I would hire Justin again without hesitation."
- A dual brand contractor and lumber operation: full JobTread catalog build with tiered price matrices, species premiums, and masked lump sum group pricing.
What I do:
- JobTread setup and cleanup: cost codes, estimate catalog, group items, document templates, payment schedules, web forms, workflows
- QuickBooks Online company builds: chart of accounts, service items, sales tax
- The JobTread to QuickBooks connection, mapped and then verified with mock transactions in the actual ledger, never just the sync log
- Client facing documents that show customers a clean lump sum while your team sees the real numbers
- Automation around the edges: lead intake, notifications, AI assisted summaries and reporting
- Written handoff documentation and training so your team runs the system without me
How I work: fixed milestones, priced before work starts, so you always know the number. Every build closes with a verification pass and documentation. If something is outside JobTread's native behavior I say so upfront and price the workaround separately instead of letting it inflate the whole quote.
