ZenaPOS is a modern, web-based restaurant POS built for speed and clarity—optimized for tablet/desktop and designed for real cashier workflows.
You’ll get:
• Fast POS ordering screen (menu grid + cart + tax/total)
• Order Hub to track orders (open/completed/cancelled)
• Admin dashboard for sales overview + basic analytics
• Menu management (categories/items/prices + availability)
• Staff login with role-based access
• Secure Firebase backend (data persistence + tenant isolation for SaaS tiers)
• Clean, premium UI with responsive design and smooth micro-interactions
AI POS Assistant (included in Standard + Advanced): a built-in chat assistant that can take natural-language requests (e.g., “add 2 cheeseburgers and 1 coke”), map them to menu items, and suggest add-ons to speed up ordering.
Payments (Advanced tier): Stripe + Paystack integration is included. Payments include checkout + webhook handling + transaction records.
