HOW WE BUILD IT
Most automation fails quietly. A record stops arriving, a sync stops running, and the dashboard still shows green. The client finds out from their own customer, weeks later.
So everything we deliver carries the thing that notices:
1. Duplicate events handled safely, so a repeated webhook cannot charge twice
2. Retries with backoff, set on purpose rather than left at the default
3. A written record of every state change, replayable
4. Credentials in a vault, with rotation written down
5. Failed payloads kept, with one-click replay
6. Alerts that fire before your customer notices
That habit comes from 18 months on trading infrastructure - Python, Postgres, idempotency at the database-lock level - before this work. The same failures that cost trading firms money are everywhere in small-business automation, and most builders ignore them.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
Invent a reason to contact someone. Issue money without a person saying yes. Hand over something you cannot run without us. The workflow JSON, the source code, the credentials and a written runbook are yours on delivery. You own everything.

Written correspondence, daily written progress notes during a build, and every decision in writing. NDA-friendly by default. Reply within 24 hours, UTC+5.
