You will get a custom web app built around how your business actually runs

Project details
Most small businesses run on a pile of spreadsheets, group chats and one person who remembers how everything works. That works until it doesn't.
I build custom internal apps around how your business actually operates, instead of making you bend your process to fit off-the-shelf software.
I'm an operator first. I built and run the platform my own company operates on: 124 data entities across 164 surfaces covering bookings, members, events, sales and finance, with AI agents handling recurring work on a schedule. I build these the way someone builds a tool they have to live in daily.
Good for: booking and scheduling systems, client or member portals, intake and approval flows, internal dashboards, inventory and vendor tracking, anything trapped in a spreadsheet three people edit at once.
How it works: we map the real workflow, I build the screens and data model, you use it with real data, and I fix what fights you. You get a live link early rather than mockups.
You own the app and the data. Documentation and a walkthrough are included so your team can run it without me.
Not sure of scope? Start with the single workflow tier and we'll size the rest from what we learn.

About Michael
AI Automation & Business Operations Consultant | Growth & Events
Glendale, United States - 8:04 am local time
The receipts: I built and run a 124-entity business platform with 11 AI agents automating daily operations, a CRM managing a $121K live pipeline, and an event production company with 200+ shows for brands like vitaminwater and LA Comic Con.
I'm a business consultant and operator first. AI is one of the most powerful tools available right now, but I don't force it into every problem. I get inside the business, understand the economics, workflows, customers and team, find the highest-leverage bottleneck, and build a practical solution.
Depending on the problem, that can mean:
- Business and operations diagnosis
- AI opportunity mapping and implementation
- Process redesign, SOPs and internal systems
- CRM, sales operations and marketing automation
- Research, reporting and decision systems
- Project and program management
- Event and experiential strategy/production
What I've actually run:
I founded and operate Endless River, an indie label and event production company — 200+ concerts and live events, including festival afterparties like Cyber Sakura and the No Heroes Comic Con afterparty.
As CEO/founder of Beam Ads, a blockchain ad-tech startup, I ran pre-seed fundraising, authored and pitched the investor deck to 35+ VCs including Coatue, and managed a cross-functional team of co-founders and developers.
As Marketing Manager at Gardenhouse Brands, I led a full rebrand across packaging, aesthetic and target demographic, ran 250-300 attendee events, drove a 30%+ lift in newsletter subscriptions, and reported KPIs and ROI to the executive team.
I build and operate businesses myself, so I approach consulting from an owner's perspective: revenue, time, execution risk and adoption matter more than adding another tool.
For AI/automation engagements, I can take a project from diagnosis through implementation — map the current process, identify what should be automated (and what shouldn't), specify the system, build or coordinate implementation using modern AI and automation tooling, document it, and train the team.
For events, I can support concept and strategy, budgets, venue/vendor sourcing, partnerships and sponsorships, run-of-show, production planning, guest experience and on-site execution — especially for brand activations, nightlife, entertainment and creator-facing events in Los Angeles.
Best fit: founders and lean teams with real operational complexity who want someone to understand the business before prescribing a solution.
If your problem is messy or cross-functional, that's usually where I'm most useful.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Michael can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Michael receives requirements from you.
Michael works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Scope the workflow
We map the real process together and agree exactly which screens, roles and data you need. You approve the scope before I build anything.
Build the core
I build the data model and the working screens, then hand you a live link. You click through real flows rather than reviewing mockups.
