Front-End Developer (React/Next.js + TypeScript) – UI Polish & Feature Enhancements Started off strong agreeing to 25 hours per week and delivering well on the defined tasks. His initial design for one task looked good. Then came disagreements over styling, deviations from designs, and code that did not build. Schedule issues came in as well, ranging from "deep in a client deadline" to "big promotion at work" and finally "boarding a flight (international)." When I checked on the branch he had been working in, it was incomplete, night-and-day different from our design, and unusable.
