You will get a fully working Zendesk application that you can integrate in multiple places in your Support place.
I will help you understand what you need, build it, test it, review it and all this while keeping you always updated about my progress. I prefer giving 100 small updates so that you are aware of where the project is going, rather than 1 big update, so that we have to waste time redoing it if you wish to change something. All of this to say - you will have a full overview on the progress.
You will be able to use the application as a private app or even publish it to Zendesk Marketplace if you wish to make it public (and make money with it).
You can have a fully blow full stack application, where I will take your idea or requirements from scratch to production with its own backend, database, authentication, complex UI while using latest modern battle tested tools, to ensure a smooth handover.
