You will get a customized Power Apps form for 1 SharePoint list. This form will allow you to pick an Excel spreadsheet with a table that matches the columns and data in the SharePoint list and it will add the rows of the spreadsheet into the SharePoint list as new items. I recommend the Excel spreadsheet be set up as a template for all users because the table name and column names will all need to be exactly the same. This will require a Power Automate flow that all users can run, and a SharePoint document library all users will have access to that will temporarily store a copy of the spreadsheet while the Power Automate flow runs. I will need access to your tenant and these resources since this is a customized SharePoint list form, and not a regular Power Apps canvas or model app. I will consider guiding someone from your company that has access as well.
