I build one dashboard that pulls from all of them and updates itself. CRM, accounting, ads, your database, even the spreadsheets people refuse to give up. One source, one definition per number, refreshed automatically.
The hard part is not the charts. It is agreeing what revenue means, which deals count as won and when a customer counts as active. We settle that first, in writing, because that is where dashboards usually lose everyone's trust.
You get roles so people see only their own figures, filters that make sense, and a view that is readable on a phone at seven in the morning.
