About Shahzaib
Full Stack MERN Developer | Fix AI-Built Apps | Next.js & Claude
Quetta, Pakistan - 8:10 pm local time
I work mostly in MERN and Next.js, and these days a large share of my work is one specific rescue job: someone builds a promising app in Lovable, Bolt, v0, or Cursor, gets 80% of the way there, and then hits a wall. The auth doesn't really work. The database structure is a mess. It demos fine and falls over the moment real traffic shows up. If that's where you are, that's exactly the kind of project I like taking on.
WHY CLIENTS COME TO ME
Most people reach out for one of three reasons:
They have an idea and no code, and want an MVP live without regretting it six months later.
They vibe-coded something in an AI tool, got most of the way there, and got stuck.
Their product demos perfectly but breaks the moment real users hit it.
I handle all three and I'm upfront when the smartest move is to build less, not more.
FIXING AI-BUILT APPS THAT HIT A WALL
Vibe coding gets you to 80% fast. The last 20% the part that actually decides whether you have a product that is where most of these builds stall. That's my specialty.
I go through what the AI generated, Review everything properly clears the AI chunks and keep what's good, fix what isn't, and get it deployed properly. That usually means rebuilding auth so it actually holds, cleaning up a tangled database schema, closing security gaps, and making sure the thing survives real traffic instead of just a demo.
Lovable, Bolt , Cursor and Replit codebases audited and hardened
Broken auth, messy schemas and backend security fixed at the root cause
Half-finished builds taken from "almost works" to production and live
MVPS BUILT TO TEST FAST, NOT THROWN AWAY
I also build MVPs from scratch. My rule is simple: build it fast enough to test your idea, but structured well enough that you don't have to throw it away when it works. You get something you can put in front of users this month, on a foundation that scales instead of a foundation you'll pay to rebuild.
WHAT I BUILD
MERN and Next.js apps, from UI down to the API and database
SaaS platforms with auth, payments, and multi-tenant setups
AI features Claude API, OpenAI, RAG systems and chatbots
Custom dashboards, internal tools and business web apps
Clean, secure backends built to handle real load
MY STACK
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js, Express, REST APIs
Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
AI: Claude API, OpenAI, RAG, chatbots
Deployment: Docker, AWS, Linux servers, Vercel, CI/CD
HOW I WORK AND WHERE THE SPEED COMES FROM
One thing worth being upfront about: I use Claude Code heavily in my own workflow. It makes me fast, especially on boilerplate and repetitive work. But nothing ships without me reviewing and hardening it. The speed comes from AI. The accountability comes from me and on security, I never trust generated code without a manual review.
I'll also tell you honestly when something doesn't need to be built, or when there's a simpler path. Overengineering wastes your money and my time. A developer who only closes tickets costs you more than one who thinks about the product, so I ask the hard questions in week one, not month three.
2+ years building and shipping full stack web apps end to end
Clear communication and regular progress updates
Honest timelines and no surprise scope
Long-term, maintainable code not shortcuts the next dev has to untangle
LET'S TALK
If you've got an MVP to ship or an AI-built app that's hit a wall, send me a message and tell me what's going on. I'll take a look and give you a straight answer on what it'll actually take whether or not we end up working together.
