When Yogesh started working for us 18 months ago we thought he was a good junior developer. We were wrong. Yogesh was quickly out of his depth and created messes instead of seeking our help. To his credit, he voluntarily worked at no cost on 3 occasions to clean his messes up. There were many tasks that we had to pay Yogesh 3, 4 & 5 times over to get the task completed satisfactorily. Unfortunately Yogesh didn't grow and learn and his messes didn't stop coming. VUE.js is listed as one of his proficiencies and we made the mistake of allowing Yogesh to implement VUE.js in our CRM resulting in disastrous outcomes which ground our CRM to a halt (E.g. saving on a page taking 20 seconds etc). We are now implementing VUE.js correctly and saving is now 2.2milli seconds. Yogesh is a likeable and willing developer who means well but his skills are not up to the task. Yogesh was unable to think a task through and resolve issues properly at source, instead he would apply sticking plaster fixes which continually created more problems. Working with Yogesh was a very costly exercise for us as most of his work has had to be redone properly. Yogesh has delayed the completion of our CRM project by more than a year. We regret not ending the contract after his first mess but we gave him chance after chance until we had to his contract.
