I build from it by hand rather than running it through a converter, so you get proper markup with real headings and structure, and a layout that holds at every width instead of fixed boxes that only line up on one screen. I will also tell you what the file has not decided yet, mobile layouts most often, before quoting rather than halfway through the build.
