Your computer will be completely analyzed to see where's the problem. Once the problem is pinpointed action will be taken. Also, I will:
* Update your operating system to the latest version your hardware supports
* Update programs that need to be updated
* Install free tools to clean, analyze and secure your computer. I will also install some tools that I use to do my work. All the programs I install are free, small, efficient, and unobstrusive. If you don't want them, after the job I can uninstall them.
* Clean every unneeded file, folder, program, update, etc.
* Solve any problem that might be making your computer slower (unneeded startup programs, programs that makes your computer slower, fixing bad configurations, etc.)
* Optimize the configuration to make it faster
* Defragment your drive (only on HDD drives)
* I will also give you a complete report of what was done and further actions you can take to speed up your computer even further
