You will get a fintech backend that handles real money at scale

Project details
Across the fintech backends I have built, 10M+ transactions have been processed. If you are building something that moves money, that is the bar: a backend that reconciles to the cent and does not fall over when real traffic and real transactions hit it.
I build the Node.js backend AND own the AWS cloud underneath it. One engineer, not a handoff between a dev and a DevOps person.
What I build into a fintech backend:
-> Node.js and REST APIs for accounts, balances, and transactions
-> Transaction ledgers and reconciliation flows that balance to the cent
-> Stripe and Plaid integration for payments, payouts, and bank data
-> Subscription, billing, and lending logic
-> A PostgreSQL data model built to stay fast at month-end load
-> AWS deployment with auto-scaling, caching, and cost control
-> Audit-ready controls: private VPC, encryption at rest and in transit, access logging
-> Monitoring and alerting so a failed payment never goes unnoticed
Stack: Node.js, Express, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Stripe, Plaid, Terraform.
Message me what your product moves and I will send back a build plan, a timeline, and a fixed price.

Building something that moves money, and need a backend that won't fall over when real traffic and real transactions hit it?
Hi, I'm Dharmesh. For 12+ years I've built the backend and the cloud underneath fintech and SaaS products, using Node.js and the API layer on one side, AWS on the other. The Backends I've helped build serves 25,000+ companies and 1M+ employees on a payroll platform.
Any backend dev can wire up an API and push it to AWS, so can I. But the projects rarely go wrong on the code. They go wrong in the communication gaps, When real money is moving through your product, finding that out late is the expensive way.
This is how I'm different.. I 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 like a co-founder. I make sure I understand what you actually want before I build. Clients keep coming back to me because the work is reliable and I don't go quiet. In a money product, reliability is what gets it shipped. The whole setup lives in code, so you're never locked to me

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬:
• Built over 20+ fintech and SaaS products, payments, lending, investing, enterprise automation. Backend serving 25,000+ companies and 1M+ employees on a payroll platform.
• I am AWS Certified Developer. You're hiring someone who ships money-grade backends and doesn't go quiet.
• Built fintech platforms that move real money: $𝟰𝟬𝗠+ deployed across 𝟴𝟬 investments for 𝟭𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 accredited investors, and a billing cycle cut from 𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝟭 on compliance-grade 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟓𝟎𝟎 infrastructure.
• My recent build: Fintwit: a real-time 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸-𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 with 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗱 brokerage linking (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity), built end to end on AWS, 500+ analysts tracked, "thousands of investors" self-described.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮:
• Build the Node.js backend and REST APIs your product runs on
• Ship it on AWS, serverless (Lambda, API Gateway) or containers (ECS, Fargate) with CI/CD and monitoring
• Add payments and banking data, Plaid and Stripe, that reconcile to the cent
• Make it audit-ready: private VPC, encryption at rest and in transit, SOC2 and HIPAA-aligned controls
• Keep it fast and cheap: auto-scaling, caching, and cost right-sizing that often takes 30–40% off the bill
I understand what it takes to build AND scale a backend that handles real money.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Dharmesh can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Dharmesh receives requirements from you.
Dharmesh works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Discovery and architecture plan
We lock the money flows, volumes, and rails. I send back a written architecture: data model, ledger and reconciliation design, AWS setup, and a milestone timeline, all before any code is written.
Build the backend and payment logic
I build the Node.js APIs, transaction ledger, and reconciliation flows, then wire in Stripe or Plaid. You get working, tested code to review at each milestone, not a demo that only runs on my machine.
