Fix Next.js 15 App Router cookie session bug (cookies() empty on Vercel)
Touqeer diagnosed and fixed a Next.js 15 cookie/session bug that had been unresolved for a while.
He identified 3 root causes — Vercel route caching, missing force-dynamic exports, and a login error handling issue — fixed all of them cleanly, and left the codebase better than he found it.
