The system includes a complete employee portal for submitting and tracking tickets, and an admin dashboard with real-time analytics, user management, and ticket assignment — all secured with JWT authentication and role-based access control.
Built with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), the system features a clean UI with Bootstrap 5, data visualization with Recharts, and a full REST API with Joi validation and bcrypt password hashing.
