To solve this problem, I build a custom CRM web application using the MERN stack that keeps customer information and team work in one place.
The system helps teams save customer details, create tasks, assign work, and track daily activities from one simple dashboard. This helps teams stay organized and work faster. Managers can also see team activity and check progress easily. The system uses secure login, role-based access, and scalable APIs, so it works well for small teams and growing businesses.

React & Next.js Frontend Development Project
