It is three interfaces — a public guest site, a resident portal, and a nine-module admin panel — all reading from and writing to the same connected records. A booking made on the public site lands instantly in the admin queue. A maintenance ticket raised by a resident is assigned, tracked, and closed with a full audit trail. Messages between management and residents are delivered in real time via Laravel Reverb, without a page refresh.
Role-based access control means every user — guest, resident, staff, or owner — sees exactly what they need and nothing they shouldn't. Permissions are enforced server-side on every request, not just hidden in the interface.
