You will get a well-built MVP web application that works in all major browsers and with all screen sizes. The code will be written in PHP using the Laravel framework for easy deployment. For more complex MVPs, the project may be split into two applications (a Laravel/GraphQL API and a React/TypeScript front-end).
Regardless of which tier you choose, the application will look professional. However, the higher tiers give you more control over how the end product will look.
