Project details
We build SaaS products that are engineered to scale - not prototypes dressed up as production software. Every project has a dedicated Product Manager leading the build. This means scope is defined before sprint 1, requirements are clear before a line of code is written, and you never receive a product that does not match what you asked for. We have shipped 11 enterprise-grade products for US and UAE clients including a platform supporting 1,000+ concurrent users, an AI-integrated learning OS with 10,000+ users, and a HIPAA-aware clinical trials system. You own 100% of the source code, documentation, and infrastructure.

React + Node.js Developer — Podcast & Radio CMS for Media Network
The React + Node.js Developer role for the Podcast & Radio CMS project was handled professionally. The freelancer demonstrated strong technical skills in building scalable and efficient features for media content management. Communication was clear throughout the project, and deadlines were met on time.
The implementation of the CMS functionalities, including podcast and radio content handling, was well-structured and aligned with the requirements. Overall, the experience was smooth, and I would consider working with this freelancer again for similar projects.

Agile Product Manager
Abroo Sejafah delivered good work on this Agile Product Manager project and I enjoyed working with her.
She helped me find additional freelancers to support the work. I enjoyed working with her and will likely have additional jobs for her in the future.

About Sejafah
Senior Product Manager | SaaS & AI | 0-1 MVP + Multi-Tenant Platforms

Job Success
Karachi, Pakistan - 1:30 pm local time
I'm a senior product manager and fractional product lead with 9 years shipping enterprise SaaS, AI, and multi-tenant platforms for clients in the US, Gulf, and Europe.
Recent work:
- An employee and operations platform now live in internal use at a Gulf retail operator running 20 malls across 9 cities (~4,250 stores, 1.2M sqm leasable space). Their tenant-facing app is in build now.
- A campus platform customised for Central State University (1890 land-grant, Ohio) for its Extension programs, now the reference build for other campuses and training providers.
- A 9-week systems assessment for a $1B US distributor: 48 systems catalogued, 30 integrations mapped, 25 artifacts and an 8-quarter roadmap toward a $100M target.
- A multi-tenant suite running in production for two live tenants in unrelated verticals, a clinic and a software house, on one configuration model.
One thing to be clear about up front: I work as an individual, not an agency.
There is no team behind me, no sales layer, and no developers I subcontract out to. You talk to me, you hire me, and I do the work myself. I have led engineering, design and QA teams inside the companies I've worked for, so I know how delivery actually runs - but what you are buying here is one senior product person, not a shop.
That is deliberate. You get the person who did the work, not an account manager, and you don't pay agency margin on top.
I embed with your existing engineering team and own the product layer: discovery, requirements, architecture decisions, roadmap, and the delivery discipline that keeps shipping after I leave.
I'm technical enough to be useful in the details. I've owned Microsoft SSO and authentication flows, LLM and RAG integration, API strategy, and ERP integration work, not supervised them from a distance.
Where I'm strongest:
- 0-1 SaaS and AI products: idea to build-ready PRD, roadmap, backlog
- Multi-tenant platform design and API strategy
- Delivery rescue: diagnosing why a team isn't shipping, and fixing it
- Fractional product leadership, ongoing or sprint-based
- Agile delivery for distributed engineering teams
Credentials, actively practised rather than collected: CSP-SM, A-CSM, CSPO, CSM (Scrum Alliance), TKP (Kanban University), TBR practitioner. BS Computer Science, FAST. Speaker at Regional Scrum Gatherings, Lahore and Karachi.
My standard: I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what your product needs, and then help you build it.
If you want one senior product person embedded in your team rather than an agency advising from outside, send me the messy version of your problem. That's the one I want to see.

We build your SaaS in 4 phases: 1. PM-led discovery & architecture review before coding begins. 2. Sprint development with demos every Friday. 3. QA, automated, and performance testing. 4. Cloud deployment, documentation, & source code handover.
Discovery call and architecture review
PM-led session to define exactly what we build. Tech stack, system design, and infrastructure decisions documented and signed off before sprint 1.
