One client hired me in February 2021 to stabilize a system that was getting fragile. I was still there in April 2025, 2,224 hours later. Another kept me for eighteen months and wrote that I was "always there when we have company crisis." That's the pattern across most contracts here: someone had a product carrying real revenue and needed it to stop being a source of anxiety.
What I build
- SaaS platforms and web applications, end to end — Ruby on Rails is my deepest stack; I also build in Node.js, React, Next.js and Vue.js
- AI and LLM integration — adding intelligent features, agents and automation to products people already use, where it removes real hours from someone's week rather than adding a chatbot nobody opens

How I work
I report daily. Not weekly, not when asked — daily, in writing, including the days when progress was slow. One client put it as "always around, daily reporting on the progress he made. It was very easy and transparent." Another noted I respond in one to two hours. When an estimate is going to slip, you hear it from me before you have to ask.
I'll also tell you when you're about to spend money on the wrong thing. If a rewrite isn't justified, I'll say so and lose the bigger contract. That's cost me revenue and earned me multi-year relationships — the better trade.
