Career Development Platform and Program Management
I've spent a significant part of my career building tools and programs that help people figure out what's next. At Shift, I did thousands of one-on-one calls with transitioning military members, built the operational infrastructure behind multiple career programs, and ran cohorts of 160+ people through structured 6-week career exploration experiences. I managed everything from curriculum and scheduling to recruitment, tracking, and reporting.
In my current role, I took that experience further and built it into software. I led the design and development of a workforce development platform for the U.S. Government that centralizes career planning, education tracking, and professional development for acquisition professionals. I also built a request manager, which eliminated a 2-year certification backlog by standardizing workflows and automating routing and approvals. These aren't just tools I managed, I defined the product, worked with designers and developers to build it, and saw it through to deployment.
