Client Introduction
In this step, we would be having an initial meeting along with our clients to showcase them who we are, what we do and how can we be their technology partner rather than being a normal vendor.
Requirement Gathering
We will have a detailed meeting/discussion along with the client with questionnaires to make sure that we are covering all the needs of the client, the Features required, UX.
