I am utterly disappointed with his performance because I offered them to write scientific writing content. The skills needed for that are Kubernetes security, Docker security, CiCd etc., and how to do scientific/ Technical writing. In the start, he took too much time by saying I have almost done this etc. don't worry; I will give you quality work research takes some time and so on; meanwhile, he wasted 1,5 months. Afterwards, what I get is copied as it is from internet sources. This guy even doesn't know what exactly he is doing. He can't even change the pictures inside. He uses different paraphrasing tools to rephrase the sentence by using synonyms. Long story short, I lost my scientific thesis writing and got Fail. Thanks to this guy for wasting my time and opening my eyes not to trust blindly
Suggestion: Before hiring someone, please make sure that they have enough skills by asking technical questions and get update on a daily basis or so
