I will build a lightweight Google Forms and Sheets operations tracking workflow for daily task logging, summaries, and manager review.
Typical workflow:
1) Staff submit task records through a mobile-friendly Google Form.
2) Responses flow into Google Sheets and are normalized into a Cleaned_Log with work_date, week_key, issue_flag, and next_action.
3) Daily, weekly, and employee summaries are generated automatically.
4) A manager dashboard shows output metrics and a daily trend chart.
5) An Action Board surfaces flagged records for follow-up.
