This is customizable project where in a Google Sheet you will be storing your data entries (Eg. invoices, recruitment candidates, deals, etc.) and in a column within this sheet you will be updating the status of the entry. The solution will run every time to change the status and send emails based on the template assigned to the status
Eg: if an HR recruitment team maintains the candidate application details in a Google Sheet then they would have to notify the candidates at each recruitment stage (when they move to the next round or their candidature fails). So, for each change the email template might be different and the email actions might also differ (eg: if a candidate completes a certain round then the hiring manager must be informed).
Finance team can use it to remind clients to pay for invoices or by sales team for deal progress updates based on stage.
