It's clear that he has very good tech skills and communication, as he flawlessly understood our needs and didn't shy away from any challenges or questions. At one point, I asked for an additional task that was out of the contract scope and he was very proactive and open-minded about it, going the extra mile to make sure we achieved all our milestones.
