If your application is highly dependent on a specific NuGet package that does not have direct compatibility with the latest .NET version and a suitable alternative is not available. I will utilize decompiling tools to recreate the package targeting the same framework. This process must reasonably follow whatever licensing structure the package owner released it under. I may attempt to contact the owner in order to gain permission to perform this action or assist them with creating a build on their system that is modern framework compatible so that the package becomes available to everyone. If permission is expressly forbidden by license or package owner directly, you may be required to leave the application in a non-functional state until the appropriate fill-in feature can be built directly into your application by your internal team.

For each thousand lines of code, inserting DocXML formatted documentation to all files including file headers, classes, methods, properties, fields, etc. The output will allow for XML files to be generated at build time which contain the documentation for all tagged elements of the code, which can then be used in other documentation reader tools. The specific format of these DocXML comments can be adjusted based on client preferences, such as how the lines wrap, using separator lines, etc. This documentation can assist tremendously in future support and maintenance of your application when onboarding new devs or dusting off areas that haven't been touched in years. This only adds about 25% more time to the total work, but the Upwork UI requires values in full days.
