The numbers exist. They are in Stripe, in the ad accounts, in a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand, and in the CRM. Once a month they get pulled into a deck, and by the time anyone reads it the decision it was meant to inform has already been made.
This connects those sources into one dashboard that updates itself.
The build starts with which decisions the dashboard is supposed to support, because a dashboard with forty charts gets checked once. One that answers three real questions gets checked daily.
Sources get connected directly where a connector exists, and through a scheduled pipeline into BigQuery or Sheets where one does not. Metrics get defined once and written down, so two charts cannot quietly disagree about what a conversion is.
Refresh runs on a schedule. Nobody has to remember to update anything.
