You will get an Excel file with a macro included that will, at the click of a button, convert any CSV file (perhaps an export from your CRM software) to a neatly formatted Excel file. This conversion may include combining fields from the CSV such as first name and last name, converting numbers to currency format, custom calculations, replacing repetitive text in a specific field, removing duplicate rows, etc.
