Funnel & Automation Expert
Joshua came in to build out a complex multi-step sales funnel system on WordPress — six FunnelKit funnels with conditional routing, a 24-question JetFormBuilder quiz with calculated fields and email-gated tier-based redirects, and a full FunnelKit Automations lifecycle suite covering cart recovery, post-purchase, order confirmation, dunning, and welcome sequences. He delivered all of it on the staging environment ahead of schedule and with cleaner architecture than we'd specified.
What stood out the most was the proactivity. When our internal documentation had inconsistencies between the V4.2 quiz spec and the broader builder brief, Joshua flagged the mismatch and asked for clarification before continuing — which saved us a meaningful amount of rework. When he hit an Elementor critical-error during the JetFormBuilder build, he didn't get stuck; he found a workable solution and kept moving. When the staging environment got accidentally overwritten by a PRD push, he had a recent backup ready and restored his work without us losing momentum.
His FunnelKit and FunnelKit Automations work is genuinely well-built. The funnel structures clone cleanly, the order bumps and upsells are configured correctly, the FluentCRM tag schema he set up integrates smoothly with the Uncanny Automator recipes, and the lifecycle automations are framework-aligned rather than just bolted on. He understands the WooCommerce + WooCommerce Subscriptions + WooCommerce Memberships + AffiliateWP stack as an integrated system, not as separate plugins, which is rare.
Communication was consistent throughout. He posts clear status updates in our team channel, asks the right questions when scope is unclear, and is direct about timelines. We never had to chase him for an update.
