Full Stack Developer with AI LLM Expertise for SaaS Platform
Not the best freelancer , lack proactive approach , doesnt follow instructions , there were constant issues with timing and scheduling after giving very clear instructions. I jus think that maybe he is a young developer that is finding his way. needs room to grow and mature , this project which was A government project was a bit to advanced for his skill set and ,maturity level , undestanding that you cant jus show up , and start whenever YOU think is best , not turning in daily reports ....because yea it jus slipped his mind maybe....and lastly his hours never seemed to match the productivity . Never ! very polite , but i would have preferred professionalism , respect for the job . We had to issue a refund ....because it got to the point where we were like ....ok ....this jus has to stop......its like he will milk something for as long as he doesnt get caught or as long as its not mentioned . one of ''THOSE'' type of developers . And my company regularly uses upwork for freelancers. this is the first time i had to leave such review.
