This is a complete, production-ready multi-tenant KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) management system for cafés and restaurants. Customers scan a QR code at their table and order instantly with no app or login required. Kitchen staff see tickets appear live on a real-time display organized into New, Preparing, and Ready columns. One platform hosts multiple cafés, each with its own owner dashboard to manage menus, tables, QR codes, live kitchen orders, point-of-sale, billing, and inventory. Every table is isolated so orders never cross between tables, and all rounds sent to the kitchen combine into one running tab with a VAT-inclusive final bill. Built on React, Node.js/Express, Socket.io, Prisma, and JWT authentication with strict security including role-based access and per-café scoping. Includes inventory module with stock tracking, low-stock alerts, and audit logging. Revenue dashboard gives owners visibility into sales trends. Fully configurable, secure, and scalable.
