Project details

I build multi-tenant Bubble SaaS foundations that stay stable as you grow. Most apps don’t break because of features — they break because multi-tenancy, access control, and billing were bolted on too late.

In this project, we’ll set up a clean organization/workspace model, role-based access (privacy rules), and a structure that prevents data leaks between tenants. If you choose the Billing tier, we’ll add Stripe subscriptions with reliable webhook sync, so entitlements (who gets what) always match the real subscription status — including edge cases like failed payments, plan changes, retries, and cancellations.

My approach is product-first: we align your business model, roles, and data model before building pages. You’ll get a system that’s easy to extend, plus clear handover notes and a “failure-mode checklist” to avoid the typical traps that cause rework later.

Best fit: B2B SaaS, white-label platforms, membership tools for teams, and any app that needs organizations + billing.

Senior SaaS Architect & Builder Multi-Tenant, Stripe, Workflow Systems
Berlin, Germany - 12:03 pm local time
I've built and launched multiple SaaS products myself. As a founder who needed them to work, scale, and grow with the business.

That background changes everything about how I approach a project. I show up as a product thinker who has been on your side of the table. I understand what a system needs to support real users, real operations, and real growth. And I bring that perspective into every engagement from day one.

I find the smartest structure before complexity sets in. I simplify what others overbuild. I spot the opportunities that aren't in the brief yet. And then I build it.

What I'm best at:

- Multi-tenant SaaS platforms with clean role separation and solid data architecture
- Stripe and Stripe Connect Express including subscriptions, webhooks, Connect onboarding, and seat reservation logic
- Discovery and Blueprint engagements where we design the right system before the build starts
- Platform audits and codebase takeovers where an existing product gets restructured and brought to its next level
- Marketplace and multi-role systems where permissions and workflow logic are the core challenge
- Operational platforms with compliance requirements, audit logging, and backend-heavy workflows

I build with the right tool for the problem:
Bubble for complex workflow-heavy SaaS products where speed and flexibility matter. Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel for code-based products where the stack calls for it. The tool follows the problem, not the other way around.

Products I've designed and built:

- A multi-location hospitality operations platform with reservation logic, capacity rules, Stripe billing, and operator dashboards, live and running in production
- A multi-tenant water testing laboratory platform with five distinct user roles, strict data separation between tenants, audit logging, and compliance workflows, built for real daily operations
- A sports course marketplace architecture with a block-based lesson generator, Stripe Connect Express trainer onboarding, and seat reservation logic, delivered as a paid Blueprint engagement before any build started
- A brand review SaaS with structured feedback collection, a community discussion layer, AI-powered summaries, and an embeddable trust widget, self-built and operated
- A curated AI film platform with moderation workflows, creator dashboards, and admin curation tooling, self-built and operated

How we work together:
Before we build anything, we design it together. A short Blueprint or Discovery milestone gives you a clear architecture, a realistic budget, and a solid foundation that grows with your product. You get a clear picture of exactly what you're building, how much it costs, and why every decision was made.
I bring honest product thinking, sharp architectural judgment, and the kind of out-of-the-box perspective that comes from building your own products. I ask the right questions, find the smarter path, and make sure every decision serves the product long term.
If you want a senior architect who thinks the system through, designs it properly, and then builds it with you, that's exactly what I do.
