Badr is a terrible developer, it all started with him not knowing what a “border” on a page was, and ended with him not knowing what a “modal window” was. We agreed on separate mailstones and a Google document describing all the functionality. Each mailstone was delayed by at least a week, and each time there were a bunch of bugs in the main flow. He told me, and then I checked in — again, nothing had changed, and so it went every time. This person is not competent in his field. We worked with him on three milestones. One milestone was calculated and agreed upon for one week. He first worked on the milestone for a week, and then spent two weeks fixing bugs because nothing worked. I do not recommend this freelancer under any circumstances!
