A dashboard is only as good as its permissions — the annoying failure mode is a staff account that can accidentally see or edit something it shouldn't. I build role-based access in from the start, not as an afterthought, the same approach I used building Hotel Teja's admin system, where different staff roles needed genuinely different access to bookings, billing, and reporting.

On SEO specifically: audits, on-page fixes, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and off-page work—backlink building and outreach included. I don't treat SEO as something bolted on after launch; it's part of how the site gets built in the first place.
