To meet the demands of this project, I propose the following solutions:
Back-end built in Ruby on Rails 6.0, with all necessary services to properly works including: Models, Controlers, Database (PostgreSQL), User autentication, Page Authorization based on user role, etc. Business rules can be defined by the contractor or I can develop them myself based on our conversations.
Front-end: Nice and functional front-end, using HTML and CSS/Bootstrap. The design of the screens can be suggested by the contractor or I can develop them myself.
Deploy: The Final Project will first be deployed to Heroku, to be online. Later, it can be hosted at the service the customer wishes or I can arrange a service myself. (webpage hosting and domain purchase costs are not included).
Don't worry about technical specifications, I'm flexible and we can adjust the project to your needs.
