Arbi did not complete the projects assigned to him. Had lots of issues with his availability. Had an extremely bad attitude during our work together. He stopped working several months ago but I am only ending the contract now. He was extremely rude most of the time and was extremely uncooperative. He also violated our confidentiality agreement. I do not recommend hiring Arbi for anything. He does passive aggressive things like ignoring your messages for hours or days even when he’s online. Extremely disrespectful. The worst issue is that he simply refused to complete the work and when he did work he would build things using short cuts in a temporary way rather then doing things properly even when he was afforded a lot of extra time and budget to do things the right way. Overall he did not respect my projects or work, was dishonest about his availability and intentions, and was dishonest/very rude/had severe attitude issues.
